In the fourth installment of this series, Betsy tries to plan a wedding with little help from her fiance, babysits her new half-brother with her devil-spawn half-sister, and tries to catch a serial killer so the ghost of one of his victims can rest in peace.

I enjoy this amusing series, which I refer to as "vampire chick lit,"  but this volume was little more than filler.  It ties up some loose ends from the last book, but the whole serial killer plot is weak.   The next book is due out in June, so read this sometime before then.  No rush.
