As part of a secret government agency in New York City, Cal Thompson tracks down vampires -- who also happen to be ex-girlfriends.  Cal is a "peep," a carrier of the parasite that causes vampirism.  While trying to track down Morgan, the one-night-stand who infected him, Cal meets Lace, a pretty journalism student.  Now he must protect her from the vampires, his agency, and his own growing passion!

Interspersed descriptions of parasites are both disgusting and informative.  They become an integral part of the final explanation for the vampire parasite.  Vampire fans will appreciate this new spin on the genre.  Highly recommended.
